Hong Kong super-producer Wong Jing is never afraid to turn up the sleaze in search of a fast buck, and here he lovingly plumbs new depths of bad taste in this slick (and often very funny) exploitationer.
The title of the film says it all: neither teenage schoolgirls nor policewomen are safe from a crazed rapist who gets his kicks from molesting women in uniform. Adentist (Joe Ma), tiring of nurses’ uniforms, turns his attention to a teenage schoolgirl (Jane Chung), whom he eventually rapes and murders at a slumber party. Her policewoman sister (actress-singer Athena Chu) freaks out, and is helped in tracking down the killer by a cheeky triad (teen idol Francis Ng) who's been trying to romance her ever since she saved him from being shot by a rival triad.
Asequel in name only to the original Raped by an Angel (1993) - directed by Andrew Lau prior to making the Young and Dangerousseries - this one doesn't take itself half as seriously (thank god) and expertly mixes softcore sex, comedy and drama, like three movies in one.
